Whenever one hears the term "EXAM", as it is indicated in the word, in everyone's mind(inclusive of parents, the students, the teachers, and all others) there come a big tensional concept. I would rather call it a misconcept and this it that kind of negative concept that will be acting as the source for all negative energy. I am a student and i can understand about the exam stress and the tension during that periods. First of all we must change the concept about the exams which i have early explained.
First of all, the students must get a very clear idea about the exam pattern, and the mark distributions of the exam. You can get this information from your teachers and other elder students. Therefore you can plan your studying pattern and answering style to each questions.

Cover all topics. Split your time to cover all topics and split your day so that you can study different different subjects. This will cause you not to be bored

Avoid non-veg food, as it consumes more energy for the burning of food(during exam days avoid it)
