The dissatisfactions of the mind gives rise to mental
conflicts which in turn make one disturbed.
The conflicts arises as short worm thoughts and gets build up and grows
and becomes a worm with long body and it is all knotted. The situation cannot be explained perfectly, as
this is the case of mind and thoughts. An average idea is explained above! This
is one condition when we get distracted and we become uncomfortable both
physically and mentally. The other situation is when one doesn’t make himself
comfortable or fit. In colleges or schools the students are often involved in
shining in the class. This is of course great!! The way for that is being
changing. Violence is ruling, and takes one to shining at various platforms.
When one is undergoing violence he is undergoing rough or unwanted physical
force. This is the other case when one
gets disturbed himself. This one can also be explained by many more situations
like in the case of an alcoholic or some real life villains.
The
importance of practicing quietness arises here.
This is much more important factor in our modern life. This practice has importance in many
situations like that of a disturbed school boy or girl, or a college
student. The violence that silently
arising inside us, when we are disturbed kills our “think-act ability”. If we
take the situation of a student who is having an important exam in short, each
of one can clearly get an idea about the student’s mentality as you also have
experienced it. Here, the student builds
up tension and stress eats him like some bacterial or fungal attacks. So he loses his wise thinking or what we call
as practical thinking capability is gone. He starts to eat the syllabus like
bugs and which will not do much. He must have done some relaxation which will
of course lead him to peace and will make his ideas more clear and
distinct. When quietness is there peace
arises.
Quietness
cannot be achieved at full strength at the first or second day itself. It takes time to fully build up quietness in
the mind. Grab 5 minutes of your busy schedule to sit free without doing
anything at least physically. When you are physically quiet, you gradually
build up mental quietness. This will enable a good ability to distinguish your
ideas, roads to your goals and clear thoughts in your mind will arise. Increasing the time of relaxation will also
do more in your life. On the way while relaxing just close your eyes and think
about some peaceful atmosphere or scenes like a baby sleeping on the lap of the
mother, knowing nothing about the surroundings and not worried about the rest
problems around. Resting and resting….
Quietness
in you, as mentioned earlier, brings clear thoughts and decisions and thereby
your work output efficiency will be caused to increase gradually. Mental and physical health is related and
that is how it works.
